Friendly staff, but breakfast needs work

The hotel is new and fresh, creating a lovely atmosphere to relax. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary hot tea and coffee station, well-stocked for late-night sips.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were lacking—cold, low-quality hot food made mornings less enjoyable. Some rooms may also need better attention to cleaning details.

Couples getaway, worth the splurge

The building was excellent and the room was well-equipped with outlets for all my 'friends'. I really appreciated that the room was clean and had that cute vibe after a long day, also shocked with how comfy the bed was, like sleeping on a cloud.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, I think it was still acceptable.

I was disappointed by the breakfast service. the food was often cold, and the selections were limited. One morning, they were running out of food, creating long lines that made it difficult for everyone. It felt like there was poor management during busy times, which overshadowed the rest of my stay.

I had a nice stay at Hampton Inn in Ottawa! The location is super convenient, and the room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was decent too, but they could improve the hot food options. I'd definitely stay here again!

my stay was simply unbearable, getting locked out of my room for hours, an absolute disaster. then the lukewarm breakfast—really, is that what you call hot? after that fiasco, a simple upgrade would have been the least they could do. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t. absoluteley disappointing!

The pool area was lovely and perfect for families. However, I noticed the sofa bed was uncomfortable for my son.

The pool idea is fantastic! Plus, the on-site amenities were perfect for our kids!

The room was spacious and cozy, making it a great spot for my family with a young child. We enjoyed DIY waffles for breakfast and the kids loved the swimming pool, which added fun to our stay.

The room was awesome with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. The indoor pool was really fun, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Breakfast was a feast with plenty of options like muffins, waffles, and eggs. The room also had a fridge and a tea/coffee maker for extra comfort!

It was just a perfect match for a weekend trip in Ottawa with very good value for money. The breakfast had decent options like packaged yogurt and muffins, which worked out well for my family. Consider getting there early to enjoy the hot food before it runs out.

the hampton inn is a fantastic choice! my king room was spacey and immaculately clean, just off the highway and super convenient. loved that there was tea and hot water available in the lobby even late at night, which added a nice touch to my stay.

would recommend.
